FOCUS ON OUR 2026 KICK-OFF – LEADER GROUP!

At the end of January, Leader Group brought together its sales teams from around the world, representing our subsidiaries:
LEADER S.A.S, LEADER GMBH, LEADER PHOTONICS, BIOEX, TEMPEST, and CET.

Over two days, around fifty employees gathered at the Pasino in Le Havre for a 2026 Kick Off focused on sharing, alignment, and team cohesion.

This event provided an opportunity to look back on the past year’s successes and to present the strategic ambitions for 2026. Teams also had the chance to discover our latest innovations in firefighting and rescue‑response technologies.

A spirit of conviviality and exchange was at the heart of these two days, with workshops, collaborative working sessions, and more playful moments that strengthened cohesion among our international teams.

The Kick Off concluded with a BattleKart activity at La Nef—an immersive and fun experience that put everyone to the test!
Between strategy, speed, and bursts of laughter, this session helped reinforce team spirit in a highly dynamic atmosphere.
